RETURNS: A $5 return fee applies to cover the new shipping label. Returns are ONLY accepted on pieces that have NOT been worn and remain in their original individual packaging and box, UNOPENED. Jewelry is a personal item, that cannot be resold once handled/ worn by the customer. 

If the customer requests a return and refund, the refund will be issued once the package has cleared the return inspection. Jewelry that has been tampered with is NOT eligible for return or refund. If jewelry has been tampered with upon return inspection, the jewelry will be sent back to the customer. 

An email notification will be sent to the customer’s email on file once the refund is issued to notify the customer of the successful return & and refund!

The customer is responsible to pay the difference in price if necessary. If the new piece costs less than the original piece, the difference will be refunded to the customer. New shipping label fees do apply at $5 each. 

An exchange will only be accepted if the original jewelry remains in its original packaging and has NOT been tampered with. If jewelry has been tampered with/ worn the exchange request will be refused and the original package will be sent back to the customer. 

After return inspection, the pre-discussed exchange will be processed and shipped out. 

WARRANTY:

I provide a 90 day warranty on your purchase. If your jewelry, for any reason, breaks within 90 days of your delivery date, I will provide 1 completely FREE fix service, no shipping fees applied. Gold filled pieces tarnishing, gold over stainless steel or sterling silver fading does not fall under the category of breaking. If your piece, for any reason, breaks outside of the warranty timeframe, you can request a $15 fix service. Just reach out to the email above. 

To request a gold plating service for FINE SILVER please reach out to the email above. A gold plating service ranges between $5-$15 depending on the size of the piece. I use a technique that will qualify your piece as gold vermeil.
